| Last Thursday at 9:30 A.M, we had a call from a company telling us their server went down and their tech said it would be ready on Monday.
Their office system would be down for at least 2 full work days, and over the weekend. |
They wanted to know if they could use TAC Online. In just two hours, their company was up and working again, on the cloud. Once the owner gained access, she said, "Great, now we don't have to worry about that!"

These reports allow the owner see a trend in business before it actually affects the bottom line.
" The key to a successful business is being in the know". The following status reports in TAC show your monthly and yearly sales and receivables, compare current month and year to past month and year, and show projections for the end of the year.
- Reports/Financial/Sales #30 - Year and Month.
- Reports/Financial/Receivables #32-Year And Month Analysis.

Enhancements
Bing Maps - First Availability Bing Maps is now operational for TAC OnLine customers running version 14.1.357. If a site has a lat/long and Bing mapped is selected, the location will be displayed on a Bing map window.
Edit Invoice
When deleting a line charge on an invoice, the site associated with the invoice will now automatically age
Warning Message
Warning messages are now displayed on the main menu and the last message stays in place.
Export Invoice when Printing from Site Master
You can now export an invoice when printing from the site tab. .Previously only worked form report menu.
Volume-Based Fuel Report Rate File
Ability to print out volume-based reference file 20
Work Order Work order now includes driver, route, truck and trailer in the center line to meet DOT requirements
Invoice Management Center
When adjusting an invoice, both tax rate1 and tax rate 2 are adjusted for tax removal.
Site Search
This site search now handles disposal site and has an enhanced format.

| Frog Sound | There were three little boys visiting their grandparents.
The oldest came out and asked his grandpa, "Can you make a sound like a frog, Grandpappy?"
Grandpa (being in a kind of ill mood) responds, "No, I don't really want to make the sound of a frog now."
So, the second little boy comes out and asks his grandfather, "Will you please make a sound like a frog?"
Grandpa again says, "No, not now. I don't really want to do that. I'm in a grumpy mood. Maybe later."
Then the third little boy comes out and says, "Grandpa, oh please... Please, please will you make a sound like a frog?"
"Why do all of you boys want me to make a sound like a frog?" Grandpa asked.
The little boy replied with a hopeful face, "Well, Mom said that when you croak we get to go to Disney World!"
