Clear Computing Online is 40% faster!

Our recent cloud server upgrades have resulted in a 40% increase in the speed of all system operations.

We're adding 2 new companies per week to the cloud!

Clear Computing Online has been a great success!  We are happy to report that many of our customers, old and new, have moved their operations to the cloud and are  experiencing fast, secure, backed-up operations.

Tracking Service
Q. How can we verify that our units have been serviced?

A  There are a number of ways to know that your units have been serviced, besides the stickers that are kept in the units.

1. Service verification. Chip on each unit that the driver scans when serviced. This is downloaded at end of day and stored in TAC.  They give a full service history and cost $3-4 /chip and $250.00 per scanner. Requires using fixed serial number on each unit.

2. Street Eagle GPS keeps vehicle location history. $30-35/month/vehicle plus 1 time $300 for equipment. May pay for it self with road use tax credits.

3. Smart phone tracking - Right now, with the iPhone, we have an app (gps-relay) that works with TAC work order and service route emails to show location and date/time when driver completes work at a stop.  A service verification email can be sent to your customer.

Coming soon, we will have forms for Apple and Android smart phones and tablets where driver fills out a form and full tracking history is maintained in TAC. Expect to make available on 2/2013.

Genealogy

Two southern fellows from down home were sitting around talking one afternoon.

After a while the first fellow says to the second, "If'n I was to sneak over to your trailer Saturday and make love to your wife while you was off huntin', and she got pregnant and had a baby, would that make us kin?"

The second fellow crooked his head sideways for a minute, scratched his head, and squinted his eyes thinking real hard about the question. Finally, he says, "Well, I don't know about that, but it sure would make us even."
