Emailing Open Invoices

 | Have a customer with multiple open invoices? Here's a quick and easy way to get your customer's attention and get paid faster!
Email your customer all the open invoices for a single site or all that customer's sites. |
Here's how:- From the Site or Customer Master, Financial Tab, click the Invoice button, and choose Option 3 in the Print/Email Invoice popup to Email Open Invoices.
- In the Email Window that opens, you can format your email and send it to your customer with all open invoices attached.
