Mapping - TAC moves to the Cloud
With out next build of TAC, all stations can map a site and support:
- Getting lat/long form address
- Create of a map for work orders
- Write-on map feature
This is part of the movement of TAC to the Cloud.

Order taker stations still need Microsoft MapPoint  to  display multiple locations on a map for

- demographics

- work orders

- service stops

See below for details on how to use this new feature.
Using Google Maps for Site Maps
When you view a google map  of a site location in your web browser, you can capture the image and save it as a bmp file to use in TAC.

Here's how:
1.    Put a screen capture tool on your PC.  We recommend GreenShot,  from CNET's Download.com website (click here)
Download and install GreenShot.  It will put itself in the system tray of your PC.  This tool will now use the Print Screen key on your keyboard to capture an area of your screen.

2.  Use Google maps for your site locations.
a)  Site Master go to  Map tab, click the Edit button.
b)  Get lat and long using Google  lat/long button
c)   Select the Show on Google Button
d)  Zoom in as needed.  Click your Print Screen key on the keyboard.
e)   Use editing tools to add notes to image and  select  File / Copy image to clipboard.
f)    Return to the Site Master in TAC.  Select the Edit Image button.
g)   In the window, select Edit / Paste.
h)   Select File / Save and your site map is now saved.
i)    Click the Save button on the Site Master

New Years Resolutions for PETS
I will not eat other animals' poop.
I will not lick my human's face after eating animal poop.

I do not need to suddenly stand straight up when I'm lying under the coffee table.

My head does not belong in the refrigerator.

I will no longer be beholden to the sound of the can opener.

Grow opposable thumb; break into pantry; decide for MYSELF how much food is *too* much.

January 1st: Kill the sock! Must kill the sock!
January 2nd - December 31: Re-live victory over the sock.

AND the Number 1 New Year's Resolutions Made by Pets...
I will NOT chase the stick until I see it LEAVE THE IDIOT'S HAND
