Smart Phone - Emailing Work Orders

A good way to start using a smart phone is to email work orders with maps and directions instead of verbally telling the driver.
You can also supply a printer for the vehicle so the driver can print a copy for a customer if needed.
Or capture a signature on the smart phone and email to the office to process into an invoice and mail to the customer. For more information on emailing work orders, check out this video.
