1. Email will now bring in fax number and append fax service web address   e.g., efax.com. Uses both site and customer fax numbers.

2. Add a cc list of names to email. No limit on cc lists or names in a list.

3. Bulk rate change now handles all 10 rate codes and has an option 'ALL'  to apply rate change to all types of units.

4. Edit invoice now expanded to handed ALL invoice management features including
    - Edit  P.O. number
    - Edit clerk code
    - Edit invoice date
    - Delete invoice with options to leave non-recurring charges and leave charges with units on the site
    - Duplicate invoice with new date and open
    - Adjustment of invoice (cash, single entry per invoice, detailed by line item)
To use these invoice management features, just go to Financial tab on Site Master, then right click on invoice list grid and select Edit.  Watch this week's webinar for a demonstration.
