From hosting our annual conference in Calgary to joining a Canadian delegation of women business owners in Las Vegas taking part in WBENC's annual conference and business fair, 2011 was an exciting time to be surrounded by entrepreneurs! In the spirit of supporting entrepreneurship, $10 from every registration was contributed towards a Kiva loan to support a women entrepreneur. With your support, AWE was able to loan Ann Wanjiru from Kenya $630 towards her transportation business.
