How to Improve Your Financial IQ

"The Art of Customer Service...Influence with Ease" Seminars with Jeff Mowatt- best selling author and award-winning speaker. Boost your Business in 2010 Smart business people know that you don't boost market share in boom times...your market share grows when the economy is soft and customers become more selective. The fastest, most cost-effective way to differentiate yourself is to focus on your service. Customer service can no longer be merely average or simply friendly; it needs to be remark-able.
