Seminars with Jeff Mowatt- best selling author and award-winning speaker.
Boost your Business in 2010
Smart business people know that you don't boost market share in boom times...your market share grows when the economy is soft and customers become more selective. The fastest, most cost-effective way to differentiate yourself is to focus on your service. Customer service can no longer be merely average or simply friendly; it needs to be remark-able. Here's your opportunity to make that happen for your team...

Famous Entrepreneur Quotes:
"Nobody talks about entrepreneurship as survival, but that's exactly what it is and what nurtures creative thinking." - Anita Roddick, founder of The Body Shop
"When you reach an obstacle, turn it into an opportunity. You have the choice. You can overcome and be a winner, or you can allow it to overcome you and be a loser. The choice is yours and yours alone. Refuse to throw in the towel. Go that extra mile that failures refuse to travel. It is far better to be exhausted from success than to be rested from failure." - Mary Kay Ash, founder of Mary Kay Cosmetics

It is estimated they comprise less than 5% of all domestic and international suppliers to corporations and governments [1].
The Access to Supply Chains program will provide a means for corporations and governments to capitalize on the value and innovation offered by women entrepreneurs in Western Canada. Read more...

by Tyler Cumberford
Account Manager, Factor One Technology
Today we are in the midst of a retail evolution. Never before has the business of retail been so exciting and frightening at the same time. Today, retail businesses are constantly pushing technology to new heights in order to attract more customers. And thanks to the growth of e-commerce, social media tools like Facebook, Twitter, and countless others, the playing field is wide open.
