Ready. Set. Go?
Is now a good time to launch a business? Profit Magazine put that question to small-business observers at the Canadian Association of Business Incubators' recent annual conference in Edmonton.
CEO Tracey Scarlett appears answering this question in November Issue of Profit Magazine. She says, "this is a good time; there are lots of opportunities that exist if you're creative about looking for them. For example, people are looking for work, so you can find good staff, find a good location, and your suppliers are probably not as swamped, so they can deliver products at a competitive price. In terms of starting a business, there are a lot of positives in a downturn." | |
