Message from Christi Millar, AWE Women's Business Blaster Producer

new logo smallA little more than a week has passed since the AWE Women's Business Blaster and I think I'm just starting to come down from the high!  I could not be more pleased with the outcome.  As the event progressed over the two and a half days, I became increasingly proud.  Our goal for the event was to provide inspiration, resources, and connections - and I think we achieved that.  I saw looks of inspiration on women's faces (plus Terry and Scott!) while they were pounding away on African djembes during Jaime's session on opening night - or while listening to David Chilton share his recipe for success.

Ooh La La Selling

Everyone will remember Kim's good gossip exercise from the conference. AWE staff collected the information and have compiled it in a list. We don't know about you, but many of the AWE staff have already looked at the Nutrogena Microdermabrasion kit! We're confident you'll enjoy Google searching the following products/services.
  • Scrabulous option on Facebook
  • Calgary restaurant Bravo on 17th Ave
  • Pee Pals - help with toilet training
  • Sweet Mango Restaurant on Whyte Ave in Edmonton
  • Rainex on your glass shower door - water beads and is easily cleaned

Suit Yourself
We raised more than $2,000 for Suit Yourself's make-over event at this year's AWE Women's Business Blaster!!!

Thank you for your generosity and for helping us support this worthy cause.
