|Sherri Betz, PT and Gina Enriquez, Personal Trainer, talked about fracture risk with low bone density, safe exercise, FRAC(R) Risk Assessment, bone building and the new FORE(R) Fracture Prevention Brochure in a interview with Theresa Wright. Sherri and Gina also demonstrated several exercises using inexepensive props like broomsticks, foam rollers and therabands to incorporate safe exercises for postural correction, balance, spinal extension and leg strengthening.
