"YOU SHALL NOT STEAL"
The violation of the eighth commandment is something that impacts us all. Every year millions of dollars are lost in this country due to the theft of goods and services. One estimate says that 1 out of every 52 shopper's carries something out of the supermarket for which they haven't paid. According to the U.S. Department of Commerce, 4 million people are caught shoplifting each year. But for every 1 caught, 35 others get away with it. This means that there are over 140 million incidents of shoplifting every year in America.
Most of us would never think of stealing from a supermarket or a department store, but there are many ways to break this command. Martin Luther once said, "If all the thieves in the world who don't think of themselves as thieves were hanged on the gallows, the world would soon be desolate."
Join us this weekend as we continue our look at the Ten Commandments with the message, "It Takes A Thief!"

 GREETER & USHER TRAINING
What's the first thing you expect when you visit someone's home? A warm greeting, a handshake, even a hug? At ERBC we want everyone to feel welcome when they visit.  SUMMER SPECTACULAR
SUMMER DAYCAMP - JULY 23-27
Summer Spectacular is a fun-packed week of games, Bible stories, crafts, music, group activities, and lots more. We're turning ERBC into an indoor adventure called Sonrise National Park!  CARWASH-A-THON
We've got lots of activities planned for our youth this summer (including camp at Hume Lake). You can help support our students by sponsoring our Carwash-a-thon. Offer to support a teen with a pledge per car washed. Then bring your car for a free wash on Saturday, July 28. Find the suds in the church parking lot from 10AM-1:30PM.
