 FAMILY PORTRAIT
One of the things I love about the Bible is that there are so many imperfect people in it! I think if I were God I may have chosen to portray my followers in a more favorable light; but because God is truth He included the good as well as the bad (and sometimes the ugly.) The end result is that the Bible is filled with people to whom I can relate and from whom I can learn. This weekend we'll be examining the lives of some of those flawed characters, because it is through them that we can get a glimpse of what a Godly family looks like. From their examples (positive and negative) we can find principles that apply to both our physical families as well as to our church family. I hope you will join our ERBC family this weekend as we celebrate Mother's Day, worship our heavenly Father, and learn how we, as children of God, can together craft a beautiful family portrait.

 MOTHER'S DAY
Join us for a special Mother's Day celebration this Sunday, May 13. Services will be held at the usual times, 9AM and 11AM (as well as Saturday at 5:30PM). We will be serving up a light brunch, in honor of our moms, between the Sunday morning services. There will also be a fun photo booth, as well as music from our JAMPAChoir. Everyone is welcome --bring your mom!

 NEWCOMERS RECEPTION
If you've only been coming to ERBC a short time, our pastors and staff would like to get to know you better.  SENIORS - DESCANSO GARDENS
Eagles Wings invites seniors to join us for a visit to Descanso Gardens, Thursday, May 24. We will meet in the lower parking lot at 9:30AM to carpool and will return at 2PM.  NIGHT OF WORSHIP

JAMPAC --Jesus And Me Performing Arts Camp-- is a daycamp offering kids all the fun of putting on a children's musical, while discovering good news from God's Word. Summer Spectacular is a fun-packed week of games, Bible stories, crafts, music, group activities, and lots more. We're turning ERBC into an indoor adventure called Sonrise National Park!
