WHAT DOES THE LORD REQUIRE OF YOU?
He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justice, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God? Micah 6:8
 Micah 6:8 provides us with a job description of the Christian life. It tells us that we should be people who do justice, love mercy, and walk humbly with God.
It's tempting to think that we're doing well as Christians when we pray, read our Bibles, go to church, and avoid sinful activities. These things are good, but, if this is all we do, then we're not a lot better than the Pharisees who knew their Bibles, always went to church, and never committed the "big sins."
The Bible tells us that God weighs our hearts and that, as He examines them, one of the things that He is looking for is "the same attitude as Christ," and that a key part of that attitude is humility.
I hope you can join us this weekend as we continue our "One Month To Live" series and look together at what it means to "Learn Humbly."

 DRIVE-IN MOVIE NIGHT

 OTC OUTREACH
ERBC is excited to support a new church plant, Olive Tree Community, in Brentwood. We are looking for people to serve at OTC this Sunday, February 19, helping with set-up, hosting their hospitality table and assisting with tear-down. We will be carpooling from ERBC at 7:45AM.  MEMBERSHIP CLASS
Find out more about the beliefs, values and vision of our church, and discover why church membership is an important step in your spiritual journey. Our next Membership Class is coming Sunday, February 26, 12:30-2:30PM, and lunch will be served. This class is a requirement for membership, but anyone is welcome to come and learn more about ERBC.

 YOUTH SPRING RETREAT
ERBC Youth are going to Pismo beach for a weekend of building relationships with one another and with God.
