READY TO PLAY?
Have you ever thought about similarities between a church and a football game? During a football game, there are twenty-two people on the field in desperate need of rest, and sixty thousand people in the stands in desperate need of exercise!
The players come off the field and they give them oxygen, massage their muscle spasms, bandage their sprains, give them some Gatorade and send them back on the field. But that is not how God designed his church to function. His desire is to see everyone get in the game. He wants to move people from being spectators to becoming players who serve faithfully in their area of giftedness.
