Greetings from Bedwell,

Thank you to all for making Bedwell's Family Fun Day so much fun. 

The SHEF Chili Cook-Off  is tomorrow night, March 24!  Once again, the event will be held in the historic barn at the beautiful Upton Pyne Estate on Bernardsville Mountain.  It's a fun evening and all proceeds benefit the students of The Somerset Hills School District. Tickets can be purchased on Friday until 3PM at Bagel Bin or until 6:30 at Bernardsville Hardware. For additional ticket information please call 908-581-2804.

If you happen to see Ms. Phelan today make sure you wish a her a happy birthday.

  • A Message from Ms. Phelan: As per district policy spring break will be homework free.  The earliest due date for any assignment will be on the third day after the spring break.
  • Due to the power outages causing us to cancel school on Monday, October 31st, we have used our first "snow day" and there WILL be school on the Monday, April 9th.  As a reminder, the other two snow days we have built into the calendar are May 25 and May 29.  Should we have to close school more than two days, the additional days will be made up during spring recess beginning with April 2nd.

  • For the second year we will be offering you the opportunity to congratulate and celebrate your child's success and their accomplishments in the Bedwell yearbook. We have created tribute pages; this will allow parents and families to show how proud and excited they are about their 4th grader's graduation from Bedwell to the Bernardsville Middle school.   • 4th Grade Parents - Support the BMS H.S.A. fundraiser by purchasing a personalized brick that will be displayed on the walkway leading to the BMS entrance.  What a great way to welcome your 5th grader to BMS.  These engraved bricks are a permanent and practical way to recognize, memorialize and thank friends, family, teachers, and loved ones.  Click here for information and order form.
