District 1 & 2 Town Hall Meeting - Save the Date

On September 29, 2011 Senator Will Kraus, Representative Jeanie Lauer, and District 1 Councilmen Jeff Quibell & Dale Carter, and District 2 Councilmen Kent Edmondson & Chris Lievsay will host a Town Hall Meeting at the Blue Springs Country Club from 6:00pm until 7:30pm.

 

The meeting will focus on both local and state topics including:

  1. An update on State issues
    1. Results of the Special Session
    2. Results of the Veto Session
    3. Emphasis for Next Session
  2. Discussion on Local issues
    1. Waste Haulling Issues
    2. Open Discussion of General Topics

Blue Springs Pooches in the Pool

We're opening the Centennial Pool-Plex for dogs!  This popular dog swim is a benefit for the Blue Springs off-leash dog park. Before draining the outdoor public pool for the season, this event will allow an opportunity for unleashed dogs (four-legged swimmers only) to play and swim freely in the fenced outdoor pool area....
