Pittsburgh Marathon Sunday Approaches       
Visit the Sharp Atrium lobby on Sun., April 29, to get involved in our Pittsburgh Marathon activities. Sign up to eat dinner, cut some oranges, and cheer for the runners! Please mark your calendars:
  • Pep Rally and Spaghetti Dinner: Fri., May 4, at 6:00 p.m.
    Cost: $10/plate benefits Run for Haiti. RSVP by Mon., April 30.
  • Cut Oranges: Sat., May 5, at 7:00 p.m. 
  • Cheer for Runners: Sun., May 6, in the morning at multiple locations along the Marathon route. 
  • Worship: Sun., May 6, at 4:00 p.m.
    Choral Evensong with Communion

Neighborhood Academy Tour
A tour of the Neighborhood Academy will occur on Mon., April 30, at 2:00 p.m. If you are interested in attending, please call the church office to register, or sign up after worship on Sun., April 29, in the Sharp Atrium. Envelopes also will be available for those who wish to donate to the Book Scholarship, awarded each year to a graduating senior.

Big Mac Birthday Cake
A Big Mac Birthday: Janet Rohrer's clever creation was more pound cake than quarter-pounder.    
The Parish Life Ministry Team thanks our bakers for the collection of cakes (and cupcakes!) prepared for the Birthday Cake Fellowship on Sun., April 22. We enjoyed twenty-five delicious and creatively presented cakes. Our church family is blessed to have so many talented bakers. The Parish Life Ministry Team extends its thanks to everyone who brought a sweet donation and to everyone who made sure there were not many leftovers!
