Music in a Great Space Presents  Organist Dongho Lee
On Sun., Nov. 20, at 4:00 p.m., Music in a Great Space and the Organ Artists Series present organist Dongho Lee, winner of both the first prize and the audience prize at the 2010 American Guild of Organists' National Young Artists Competition. Thanksgiving Eve Worship, Food Collection
On Wed., Nov. 23, at 7:00 p.m., join us as we celebrate God's many blessings to us as a congregation in our Thanksgiving Eve service, with Rev. Lynn M. Portz, preaching. Special Thanksgiving bags were distributed last Sunday during the Time of Fellowship and will be available again this Sunday, Nov. 20. A list of suggested donation items is attached to the bags. The bags of food will be received during the Thanksgiving Eve service. If you are unable to attend the service, you may bring the bags to the church office during the week of Thanksgiving. Presents for Western Psychiatric Patients
Patients' names, with gift ideas, are available after worship on Sunday. Gifts should be wrapped or placed in holiday bags with the patient's identifying number on it and returned to the church by Sun., Dec. 4. Join us on Fri., Dec. 2, at 6:00 p.m. at Bravo on McKnight Road. After dinner, we will shop for the patients. For more information, contact Carla Gedman through the church office. |
