PRISM's International Scholar Outreach
During the month of July, one of our mission partners, PRISM (Pittsburgh Regional International Scholars Ministry), has been holding intensive English class at Shadyside Presbyterian Church. Volunteers are welcome to help by speaking English with the international scholars. Classes meet until July 29, Monday through Friday, 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. in the Hulme Room. (Enter through the Parish Hall doors off the circular driveway.) A textbook is provided; volunteers help with pronunciation. Please consider this opportunity to make personal connections with people from around the world and extend a Christian hand of fellowship. Contact teacher Hannah Snoke to learn more. |
