Mike and Neva's hometown is San Luis Obispo, California and their home church is Calvary Baptist Church of San Luis Obispo.  It was at this church that Mike was saved in November 1964, at the close of the morning service.  About five months later, he felt led to dedicate his life to full-time Christian service and responded to an invitation in a service to make this decision public. 

     Neva was saved in the same church July 7, 1968.  She attended Iowa State and Western Baptist Bible College.  They were married July 14, 1969.  Later the Lord led Mike and Neva to Baptist Bible College of Pennsylvania.

     Mike and Neva have three children Rebekah (Becky), Bethany (Beth) and Benjamin (Ben). 

     The Bardons have been serving in Utah for almost forty years.
