When it comes to boosting retirement savings-and ultimately retirement income-good old fashioned face-to-face education is proving to make a significant difference.

According to a new analysis from the Principal Financial Group, employees who attend personalized, one-on-one sessions at the worksite take more positive actions including participating more and saving more.

Most of us have seen the video clips circulating on YouTube and elsewhere of horrific car accidents caused by teens who are texting while driving.  We admonish our children to be careful and we remind them of the dangers.  Then, often, all too recklessly, we proceed to text or email while driving, behaving in the same way that we have just warned against!
