Just wanted to give you a heads up that one of those beach houses on stilts on the beach at Surf Drive is coming on the market, for $495,000.
You can't get any closer to the beach and ocean than that! It's small, only one room, and has a chemical toilet - but it's one of the few historic cottages on the beach. We can get in to see it before it goes on the open market, just give me a jingle.
