This morning at a closing, I mentioned to the buyers how much more I enjoy doing real estate in Falmouth than I did in Newton.
When asked why, my answer was - and I think this is worth sharing - that in the course of my daily driving around, I pass one beautiful scene after another; the houses are charming; and the people - many of whom are here to buy a vacation home - are happy and fun.
And they call this work?!
