Falmouth's Fine Properties
Going from least expensive to most expensive, I'm starting with 37 Rosemary Lane in East Falmouth, just reduced to $289,000. This is a fabulous price for an almost-1,400 sq.ft. home in Fisherman's Cove, a small community with its own boating access.

My New Listing
Just before Christmas, I got a call from a nice couple in Marstons Mills to list their home. Winter was coming, and California was beckoning. When I went to visit, it was hard for me to see the good qualities that I knew the home had. Too much stuff!
