Since I last wrote, I've created a direct link to specific properties featured in this newsletter. You no longer have to go to "Property Search" to see this particular listing. (But you still may, in order to set up your own search.)
Registration is never required on any of the property searches through Falmouth Fine Properties.

Nadine's Pick of the Week
| | Looks nice, but it's even better inside! |
This week's Pick of the Week is
44 Drumlin Road in Sippewissett, $589,000.
Sippewissett is a charming village on the west side of Falmouth, the Buzzards Bay side. The area is very woodsy and this home has an incredible two acres. This is a remarkably low price for this area. It's in great condition, too.
- Spacious and gracious, with 2900 interior square feet, 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths
- Multiple sliding doors to the outdoors and a beautiful private yard
- Separate bedroom and bath, almost like an inlaw suite, either for guests or for home office
- Custom-designed and in lovely condition, this is not one of those "seen one, seen them all" kinds of homes.
- Incredibly priced, almost $60,000 under assessment, this home offers true value.

Nadine's Sale of the Week
| | Dining Area |
This is a story that tickles me. I didn't get the listing into MLS until 10:30 on Saturday night, and by noontime on Sunday we had a wonderful offer - a brief reminder of the old days in real estate.
4 Stonehedge Lane is in West Falmouth, a 3-bedroom, 2-bath ranch with 1426 interior square feet. It backs up to the bikepath.
In determining the asking price, the square footage was key. There had been no sales in West Falmouth in the last 12 months over $400,000 with comparable square footage. Although this home is in lovely condition, it is more or less original from 1979. $399,000 therefore seemed to be the right asking price, and the market seemed to confirm that. Take a look and see what you think!
