8 Pocasset Street, Maravista

(Photo by Nadine)  | This week's Pick of the Week is none other than my own home, 8 Pocasset Street in Maravista, which is for sale for $549,900.
Admittedly, I am biased about this property. It's like a Hamptons cottage here in Falmouth:
- The WOW Factor - appealing on the outside and surprisingly sophisticated on the inside.
- Open to the rafters, this is a small house that lives large and is conducive for entertaining and comfortable family life.
- With lots of full-length glass, the view of Little Pond and Vineyard Sound is simply spectacular; and since it faces south, is full of light even on gray days.
- At 7200 square feet, the yard and gardens are manageable, but the feeling is more expansive because of the openness surrounding the house on the viewside.
