Earth Medicine Alliance                                                                 June 2012

Greetings! EMA Logo

Here at the summer solstice, it seems a time of travel for many. I myself just got back from the East Coast--Cape Cod, Massachusetts. It was remarkable being back on the Atlantic beaches again, with long stretches of pebbly sand hidden by dunes and broccoli-topped trees. On the Cape, yellow street signs remind drivers to slow down because the area is "Thickly Settled." What a good reminder it is for all of us to settle into our summer...to slow down to our own perfect pace.

If ceremony helps you find that slower, more awakened pace, we welcome to you to enjoy the Earth Medicine Alliance's offerings this summer.

Read below to find out more on upcoming events, including the Third Annual Conference this October. We hope to see you at these events, and are always looking to hear from you with suggestions or questions.

Happy Summer Solstice,
