SCRIP Gift Card Program Continues Throughout the School Year

new scrips graphic

It's time to think about Valentine's Day gifts or just shopping for everyday needs! Look through the many gift cards available at www.glscrip.com and submit your order by noon on Friday. Orders will be placed every Friday (except Fridays when there is NO SCHOOL) for the remainder of the school year.

There are two ways to order:

Option #1

(Preferred) Establish a family account online (www.shopwithscrip.com - enrollment code: 3E31CDLD16424) and place your order. Print out the order confirmation page and send it to the main office at school with your (check) payment. If you are submitting orders for others, you may place them separately under your name. Orders will be sorted after they are delivered, prior to being picked up so you won't have to separate them later.

For example:

(Order 1) Placed in your name for your family - go all the way through to checkout and print out order confirmation page, submit to school with payment.

(Order 2) Placed in your name for your mom - go all the way through to checkout and print out order confirmation page, submit to school with payment.

(Order 3) Placed in your name for your sister - go all the way through to checkout and print out order confirmation page, submit to school with payment.

Presto Pay

(Preferred) can be set up if you prefer the payment be withdrawn directly from your checking or savings account rather than paying with a check. A  .39 cent service charge is added to each order paid through Presto Pay. If paying by check, make checks payable to: NCS

Option #2

Pick up an order form from the office of either school campus. Complete the form and turn in your paper order and check payment to the main office at school.

No matter what option you choose, your gift card order(s) will be mailed to the school. A volunteer will sort the orders and notify you when it is available for you to pick up.

Calling All Parents!

We not only need you but we want you!

It's that time of year when our PTO Nominating Committee begins to search for parents wanting to serve on our board. Vice President of Membership, Holli Cramm, hollicramm@sbcglobal.net, is looking for a few good volunteers to serve on the Secondary PTO Board for the 2011-12 school year. Positions ranging from President to Grade Level Representatives to Committee Chairmen and Committee Members need to be filled by March 31 for Board approval in April. Contact Holli today to investigate the possibilities and offer your service to this extremely important support organization. Not only will you be providing invaluable service to our school but you will receive the benefit of friendship and fellowship with a group of parents who share your concerns and dreams for our school.

Board Meetings are held on the third Tuesday of the month with Coffee and Conversation from 7:45 - 8:15 a.m. followed by the business meeting from 8:15 to about 9:30. These meetings are open to all parents and we welcome your participation!
