The Northland Christian Cougars football team has been chose by the U.S. Army in conjunction with Dave Campbell's Texas Football Magazine as the "Army Strong Team of the Week".

Each week, TexasFootball.com and the U.S. Army join together to select one team from every classification in high school football that demonstrated the qualities exhibited within the Army - those include leadership, commitment to excellence and a desire to make a difference as a member of a team.

A representative from the Army will be out sometime this week to present the team with a plaque for our efforts. Way to go, Cougars!
