Cougars Dismantle Second Baptist
NCS vs Second Baptist - 56-13

The fighting Cougar football team dismantled their district rival, Second Baptist, this past Friday night at Cougar stadium by a score of 56-13. The Cougar offense garnered 253 yards on the ground and 383 yards in the air. Justin Webster had four touchdowns on the night while Kevin Robertson and Carter Odenweller each had two. Quarterback Jonathan Fleming generously spread the ball around to all of his receivers making for a big night sending Kevin Robertson over the 1,000 yard mark for receiving this season. Additionally, the Cougar defense shut down the high-powered Second Baptist offense allowing only two touchdowns late in the contest. Defensive standouts were Zach Mitchell, Kevin Robertson, Micah Swanson, Trevion Harris, Carter Odenweller, and Trevor Winne. The Cougars have another important game this Friday at Fort Bend Baptist Academy at 7:00 PM. See you there!

Cougars Cheer for Breast Cancer Awareness
In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Northland Christian Cheerleaders CHEERED FOR A CURE at the Varsity Football game played last Friday. The cheerleaders were featured on the cover of the latest edition of the NCS Sports Program.
The Cougar Store has a limited supply of Sports Programs for $2 each.
