Middle School Volleyball A Team
are District Champs!
MS VB DISTRICT TOURNAMENT - Northland Christian School

Northland hosted the District Tournament and I must say (thanks to so many of our families) it went wonderfully! We played our first match on Friday at 6:30 vs. Rosehill Christian, the 7 seed. Scores: 25-7, 25-11. The second match was at noon on Saturday vs. Cypress Christian, the 3 seed. Always expecting a good game when we meet the Warriors, but the Cougars were clicking. Scores: 25-15, 25-19
Championship Match vs. SATCH - the two best teams of the tournament met at 3:30. In the first game, service errors were costing both teams, everything else was pretty equal. Jordan Herman decided to make this her best game of the season: her net play was outstanding and the Cougars won, 25-20. Second game - Jordan was still attacking and blocking, Katie found the right distance to get her serves in, and the rest of the team put together a Championship game. The Cougars defeated the Mavericks 25-23.
Such a great season for the Junior Cougars. Congratulations to each one!
