MS Volleyball B Team Wins Tournament
The B team (pictured above) went to St. Anne's for a Tournament over the weekend. Friday was a hard day as the girls lost the first match against Northwoods (23-25, 23-25) and then lost against SEAS (23-25, 23-25). This put the team in fourth place going into bracket play on Saturday. The girls fought hard on Saturday. The first Match was against St. Edwards and the girls pulled off a win (25-19, 25-17). This moved them up in the bracket to play SEAS again. The girls won in three hard fought games (25-19,14-25, 18-16). That win put them into the Championship game against St. Anne's. The girls pulled together and played well to win 1st place in three games (25-22, 23-25, 15-10). CONGRATULATIONS COUGARS!

Middle School Volleyball Recognition Night - Tuesday, September 21, 2010
Middle
school volleyball players honored the high school players with banners,
signs and goodie bags. The middle school volleyball players were
presented between the games. The JV and Varsity high school teams
defeated Awty! It was a great night for the 58 Northland volleyball
players, managers, and their coaches!
