Sac365 Event Recommendation

Greetings!

I hope you will join me tonight at City Council to honor the winners of the 2012 District Awards Program (DAP). This program recognizes and celebrates the achievement of the arts in each Sacramento City Council and County Supervisor district. Tonight's winners include the Sacramento Opera for the Mayor's Award, artists JoAnn Anglin and Willem DeGroot, arts organizations Sacramento Taiko Dan, Celebration Arts, Race for the Arts, and Sol Collective. The Regency Park Elementary School and Robbie Waters Pocket Library are also winners.

I hope you will join us at the County on June 19th, 10:45am when the County Board of Supervisors presents their winners. The 2012 DAP winners include 10 arts and community organizations, 4 artists, and one school for excellence in programming and community commitment to the arts. You can view the complete list of winners by district here.

We still have three workshops left in our Where's the Money Continues series--Board Development, Individual Donor Development, and Using Social Media for Fundraising.  They are open and free to all. I hope you will register today. For more info click here.

And remember to tell everyone you know about our $35 for 35 year fundraising campaign. You can contribute by clicking here.

Warm regards,

Rhyena Halpern, Executive Director
