Greetings!

The Sacramento Metropolitan Arts Commission is sponsoring a SCVNGR hunt! Join our event on Facebook or Eventbrite. Download the free app to your phone and follow the trek to complete fun challenges at some Second Saturday hot spots.

The top 5 teams will win great prize packs, including restaurant gift cards, theater tickets, original artwork and more. These prizes are amazing! You don't want to miss out on these.

Gather your friends, charge up your smartphone and don't miss this fun event. Registration starts at 5:30pm on April 14, at Fremont Park on 16th & Q.

Also, I want to draw attention to the campaign currently going on to help save Sacramento's pools, which ends tomorrow, April 10, at midnight. The campaign is currently at $745,000--very close to its $1 million goal, which if met will open six City pools and five wading pools. Your donation--big or small--is matched by Save Mart. Call (855) 895-POOL from now until 7pm to make your donation and help us save our pools!

Warm regards,

Rhyena Halpern, Executive Director
