Hi,
I'm Jayne Parish and fit mango is my baby!
I'm
not your average trainer. For a start, I'm 41 years old. I have 3 kids, too many wrinkles, a
husband who works too hard and an unreasonable desire for chocolate. You could say, I'm real. In fact, you would probably say that
I'm just like you! I live in
sensational Manly with my family, husband Symon, and kids Tom, Jamie and Lily.
I admit I'm a bit of a personal
training addict (but in a good way!).
I love training - have been doing it since just after the birth of my
eldest son, Tom, ten years ago.
Training helped me get fit and strong, and definitely helped get (most
of) my body back after having each of the kids, although there are bits that
will never be the same....
The plain fact is that I feel better,
look better and work better when I am fit.
You will too!
Every one of our trainers simply love
what we do. We have all chosen
training as our profession after successful careers in other areas. Our love of
fitness and the satisfaction we get from seeing people change their lives with
our help has led us to fit mango!
Our Ladies
who Lunge sessions are specifically designed to meet the needs of busy
mums. They run during school time
and school term. We are here when
you need us. These sessions are specifically
designed to be effective for women's bodies. We work on strengthening and toning your body. We work on
your cardio fitness too. We know
about core. We know about pelvic
floor (good and bad!). We actively
build these things into each and every class...you will be repeating our mantra
'lock off your core' in your sleep soon!
At fit mango, our goal is to help you GET FIT. It's that simple!
Yes there are lots of other things we
will do as well. We can help you
lose weight, tone up, get stronger, feel better, increase your energy levels,
improve your diet and so on and so on.
But our key objective is to get you moving! Amazing things happen when we get off the bench and back
into the game.
Whether you have been training and fit
all your life and are looking to reach a new goal, or are just beginning to
think about finding a way back to fitness, we can help.
So, are you ready??
It will take commitment. It may even hurt a bit (but in a
satisfying kind of way, we promise).
But you won't be alone. We
will be there every step of the way.

When do we train?
|

Our classes run for the duration of the
school term (10 weeks in term 2).
Term 2 classes will start on Monday 19th
April. This term we will be running the following schedule:

Choose one location, or mix and match! Its up to you. Just pick the days that work for you!
Our classes are limited to 10 participants - we like to keep an eye on all of you!
If you are an early bird (or just a little crazy), we also have a 'dawn patrol' class at Tania Park every Wednesday morning
at 5:45am - gets you home to wake the kids up for school at 6:45!
