Without a doubt, this is my favorite time of the year! Yesterday I completed writing my annual list of the things for which to be thankful. It took me less than an hour to come up with over 500 people, organizations, places, animals, and opportunities that I'm grateful for and truly appreciate. I encourage you to take the time to go through this eye opening exercise. It only takes a few minutes to discover the numerous blessings in your life.

I'm writing this letter to you today from our kitchen table. I've been working on a presentation that I'll make for Leadership Forsyth (GA) in early December. Jo, my beautiful wife of 26 years is preparing several dishes for our Thanksgiving Day guests . She is the organized one in our family and can work circles around me... by the way, she's at the top of my Thanksgiving list! Also on the list is Dingle, our good neighbor's 11 year old Shih Ztu that we are pet sitting this week. It was very hard on us when we lost our 15 year-old Shih Tzu, Tippy, to old age back in May and it is so good to have this little lover in our home. O.K., I'm also happy that the South Carolina Gamecocks aren't at the bottom of the football food chain this year.

Don't worry, I'm not going to bore you with the entire list... just know that you are on the list and that you're appreciated so very much. I appreciate your friendship, your support, your counsel, your encouragement, and your business. 2010 has been a wonderful year for The Ewart Group and the Ewart family... and we're looking forward to a great 2011!
