Tell the House Subcommittee on Conservation to Pass the Scenic Vistas Act (HB291)
THIS TUESDAY!

The House Subcommittee on Conservation has put off the Tennessee Scenic Vistas Protection Act for several weeks, undoubtedly because of pressure from the coal lobby. However, THANKS TO YOU the bill is still alive. We must keep the momentum going and let our representatives know that we want the bill - with its original language - passed THIS YEAR!

The House Subcommittee on Conservation to Hear Scenic Vistas Protection Act Tuesday, March 27th at 10:30 a.m. CST. Request the subcommittee members take action and vote it out of subcommittee on Tuesday. Every year SVPA is delayed, we lose more mountains to mountaintop removal.
