UMKC School of Law launches Solo and Small Firm Incubator Developed with assistance from the Missouri Bar Association and the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association's Solo Practitioner/Small Firms committee, the incubator will assist recent graduates entering solo and small firm practices. UMKC School of Medicine awarded $3.8 million in HRSA grants to expand primary care residency programs
The UMKC School of Medicine has received two five-year grants totaling more than $3.8 million from the U.S. Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) to expand the school's internal medicine and family care residency programs. UMKC has received a three-year, $1 million grant from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to create the Heartland Health Network -- a coalition of community partners addressing health disparities in the African American Community.
