Acclaimed novelist Margot Livesey visits UMKC

UMKC names Russell Melchert as Pharmacy School dean
Russell Melchert, currently Professor and Chair of the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) in Little Rock, Ark., will assume his position at the UMKC School of Pharmacy on July 1, 2010. Read more

Two School of Law alumni -- Nicole Forsythe and Ryan Mullinix -- earn first place for Best Written Submission in the LL.M. division of the American Bar Association's Ninth Annual Law Student Tax Challenge, beating teams from 25 schools, including Georgetown University and Temple University.
