The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series made its way to the one-mile, concrete-surfaced, high-banked Dover International Speedway on Friday morning in preperation for Sunday's Austim Speaks 400.  Teams enjoyed blue skies and plenty of sun on Friday for two practice sessions, but rain moved into the area overnight and into Saturday for qualifying.  Scattered rain showers are also expected for Sunday.

The rain washed out qualifying forcing NASCAR to use their rule book to determine the starting line up.  The rule allows teams with the fastest times posted in practice to start up front.  Jimmie Johnson posted the fastest lap on Friday and thus will start from the pole position.  A.J. Allmendinger will start second.

David Gilliland will start 29th and Travis Kvapil will line up 41st.  Scott Riggs is the only driver missing the race.

Sunday's race will begin at 1:00pm ET on FOX and will also be broadcast live on SIRIUS/XM NASCAR Channel.
