We all have things that we want in the future. And most of us have things that we want to happen right now.
Do you know that you have to learn how to be happy with what's happening now, today - before you can allow the new improved experiences into your life?
I think a lot of us have forgotten how to really feel happy and free. Remember how it felt to run around the playground when you were a young child?
Strange to think that you are still that same person, who worries and loses sleep over things like work and the state of the world.
Can you look clearly at the state of Your world today? And see the incredible people in your life, and how lucky and blessed you are?
Give some attention to the relationships you've been given...and remember that happiness is a decision - not a reaction to circumstances.
If we just react to circumstances all the time, we'll never truly be happy...the only hope we have to being happy now - and attracting what we want in the future - is to overlook the annoying, and embrace the wonderful!

See our supposedly "empty" backseat during our roadtrip last month? Wow...I think I actually see wings -- could it be our Roadtrip Angel? This is a real photo! What do you think? Let me know on facebook.com/spiritwork. On to current events: October is my favorite month of the year. This fall weather has been so invigorating, and it's also my birthday month! (I'm joining the 40 and over club...) Nothing like the reminder of aging, to bring on the gratitude for today! As the fall season begins, most of us are looking ahead to the coming holiday months...and with the excitement of the holidays, comes togetherness. Family. This can be easygoing and fun, but often it ends up stressful and tiring. Consider how the holidays would feel if you had cleared out all of the old patterns that triggered your relatives, or the cycles of them triggering you? If nothing anyone said got "under your skin" and nobody could bring you down? It's possible... I'll be hosting an "out with the old, in with the new" type of healing event, called Psychic Healing this month. We'll clear out the old family and friend issues and patterns, to start fresh. If you could use a tune-up before the holidays hit and life gets more hectic - it's a must! (You don't have to talk about any issues, by the way...it's healing at it's most direct!)
