We are pleased to announce the launch of our ALL NEW Web-based customer service portal that provides new online support functionality for you, our clients. Developed to provide additional avenues to receive the fastest possible help response, the new e-support customer service portal supports all seven categories of Wanderlogic's offerings, including Audio/Video, Alarm and Access Control, Telephone, CCTV, PC Support, Low Voltage Wiring, and Managed Services.
All customers who have their email on file with us will be receiving an email with their login information for the customer service portal. This portal is your customized world within our world. We have licensed this technology from a company called Autotask, the industry's leading solution provider for this type of offering. From the portal, some things you can do -
- Speed service ticket submission and improve accuracy
You can submit service tickets directly anytime you wish. Submissions arrive fast and without transcription errors.
- Increase communication and satisfaction
Through the Client Access Portal, we can work together, setting priorities, reviewing work status and evaluating goals.
- Reduce support calls
You are able to submit and monitor tickets, update tasks, review invoices, and check project status at anytime, via the web. As a result, less time is spent calling or emailing and waiting for a response. You can also check your ticket history for items that may have occurred in the past, and reference that ticket when requesting service.
- Check your billing
Complete invoice history with time-to-ticket references so you can check hours billed, projects, etc. You can drill down and see everything we see.
