Mini Workshop - Hot Shoe flash an introduction

Using your flash off camera provides so much control and creative potential to your photographs! This mini workshop is a 2 1/2 hour introduction to using your hot shoe flash off an on your camera.
Topics to be covered:
- review of the basic mechanics/modes of a speedlight
- exposing for and incorporating ambient light
- speed light positioning and setup
- discussion of use in a portrait vs. event surrounding
