Its not often that our Employee Spotlight will focus on two people at once, but for this issue we have two dedicated, hard-working employees who just happen to be brothers.  Ian and Aaron were born in Williamsburg, VA where they lived and grew during their childhood years.  At the ages of 13 and 11 the brothers moved to Gloucester with the rest of their family. Aaron, the younger sibling, was the first to become an Auto Haus employee when in 2002 he began working in our Detail Department and at our Collision Center.  Aaron's hard work and attention to detail became evident right away and management knew he had the potential to move up one day.  About two years after Aaron started with Auto Haus, his older brother Ian came on-board also working in the Detail Department.  Like his brother, Ian was noticed as a hard worker with a great work-ethic and a strong capacity to learn.  Both brothers were destined for more and it wasn't long before they achieved it.  Ian's automotive knowledge beyond his detailing skills soon enabled him to assist management with new inventory processing.  Ian managed a vehicle's process through the Detail shop to the Service Department and eventually to the front line for sales.  Ian was given the title of Sales/Service Coordinator, a position he successfully holds today.  Aaron showed himself worthy of more too and has recently been named Parts Manager for our Mercedes division where he maintains a comprehensive parts inventory.  He also works with outside parts vendors, handles direct sales to Auto Haus customers and supports the parts needs of our technicians in the shop.  Both Aaron and Ian have proven themselves to be valuable employees, and for that, management and our customers are grateful.  Even though they excel at their jobs, there is more than work that interest these guys, so in their spare time, Ian and Aaron enjoy video games, movies, concerts, and more.  The future looks bright for Ian and Aaron and we can't wait to see what it holds for them.
