Here's the deal: We've just added a couple of new features to serve you better. But we need your help to determine if they are a good fit for your needs. Will you please take a few minutes to give them a try? Free Tech Support is a click away! Both are listed here:
- The first is a Live Help Center where you can get immediate answers to your questions -- while you're sittng at your computer. Go to www.HelpMeMax.com. You will see a box/button in the left-hand bar that says "Live Help Online (or Offline)" - click that button and it should launch a Chat Request
 Window. If we're available, we'll jump on and start the session. If not, please send a note to let us know you tried it out.
- The second is a new "Help Desk / Technical Support" center online. You can now get Answers to your Questions online. Post them at the Help Desk by clicking here or by sending an email to Support@maxcommunications.zendesk.com. Check in today! Post your questions, we'll post the answers. No cost to you. Fair enough?
