High School: Mobridge HS in Mobridge, South Dakota

What does the company do? Our Omaha branch, Proforma IMG, specializes in promotional products, but we also produce a wide range of print, web, and multimedia solutions.

What does the graduate do? I mainly create eCommerce websites for our larger client's promotional products. When I'm not making websites, I do a wide spectrum of design work including brochures, business cards, postcards, posters, HTML newsletters - you name it!

Clients: West corporation, ACI Payment Systems, Highmark of BCBS, Crete Carrier, Paypal

Additional Comments: I'm really grateful for the wide range of design courses we had at the Creative Center - I've used almost all of them working at Proforma, and still do traditional art as freelance work!

From the Director

Quite the busy month we've had! Thanks to all the art teachers who made it to our Educators Seminar despite the rising waters. I thought the day went very well, and I heard several extremely encouraging comments from the attendees. Look for photos and comments in next month's newsletter.

Congratulations again to all of our 2011 graduates. You've worked very hard over the last years, and we will be looking for your names to show up in studios and agencies around the area!

For those of you in your senior year of high school, let us know if you are interested in pursuing a career in graphic design and advertising. Fall classes start on August 8, 2011, so call us right away!

Sincerely,
