Theater Posters

BFA students are given the challenge of creating an identity for a theatrical event, including a logo, poster, invitation, program, ticket and t-shirt. The identity must include an illustration with a minimum of three mediums, and the final pieces are produced digitally. Posters from this project are shown above.

Projects shown were designed by (clockwise from the top) Alonna Griewski from Mobridge High School in Mobridge, MO; Sara Mullen from Medicine Valley Junior Senior High School in Curis, NE; Charleigh Paus from Sandy Creek Junior Senior High School in Fairfield, NE; and Grant Greenwood from David City High School in David City, NE.

From the DirectorKim Guyer

Well, it's March. Here's to 34 degrees feeling like 64 degrees. Come on, Spring!

Be sure to mark Saturday, March 20 on your calendars so you won't miss our Spring Open House. We will have all paperwork available to students enrolling in both the fall of 2010 and the fall of 2011 at that time.

If you are a high school art teacher or guidance counselor, be sure to mark Friday, June 25 as an opportunity to learn about this crazy graphic design field.

Also, if you know someone who may be interested in graphic design as a career, please contact the Admissions department so we can set up a personal tour.

Sincerely,
GuyerSig
