Did you know that eating together as a family leads to better overall health?  As you settle into your back-to-school and work routines you're probably wondering how anyone can possibly make the time. While it might be a challenge to get going, I promise that the benefits will make it well worth the effort.   To get you started, I can help provide you with the tools you need to make eating together a part of your routine.  After all, if you don't incorporate the family dinner into your routine now, it is even less likely you'll do so after your schedules have been established.
